Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow 3–4 business days for us to locate, purchase, prepare, and package your items prior to shipment.

If an item is in stock at the store, it will typically ship the next business day after sourcing is complete.

Availability is subject to store inventory and seasonal changes.

Frozen Food Shipping Policy

Frozen foods require special handling and packaging.


• Frozen items are shipped in insulated coolers

• Orders are packed with dry ice

• Delivery is typically 1–3 business days

• We do not guarantee items will arrive frozen

• Buyer assumes all shipping risks related to thawing


Dry Ice Safety Warning:

Dry ice must be handled with extreme caution. When your cooler arrives, DO NOT TOUCH THE DRY ICE with bare hands.


Frozen food orders ship on:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ONLY

We do not ship frozen items on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to avoid shipping delays.


Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is fully responsible for shipping costs.

Once your order has shipped, Market To Your Door is not responsible for carrier delays, temperature changes, or transit conditions.


Cancellations & Refund Policy


• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only

• Cancellations after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund

• Once sourcing has begun, orders cannot be canceled
